Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 once discount codes have been applied.  For orders under $60, we charge $5 for Standard Shipping.  When you place an order with us, our goal is to get it to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped from our Portland, Oregon warehouse within 2 business days. 

If you choose our Economy Shipping option, your order will arrive in 5-9 business days. We also offer Expedited Shipping for $10 which will arrive in 4-5 business days. 

Because we ship orders as quickly as possible, it is very difficult to modify the order or shipping details. We understand that mistakes happen, so if this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the adjustment needed. 

Please note that currently we are only able to ship to the United States, but we do hope to offer international shipping in the future. 

 

Returns

We are committed to making sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We do not charge a restocking fee and will provide a prepaid return label to send your order back. 

To begin a return, please email us at support@woolybubs.com.  You will need your order number associated with the order to get started.  Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with details.   Once we receive your item(s) we will refund your original form of payment and notify you of the refund.
